AUDWIN CASH
Audey is our technical and marketing whiz who brings to Sol many years of lighting industry experience, having previously been associated with Lutron Electronics Co., where he was responsible for developing and promoting energy efficient lighting control products and systems. Audey heads the marketing and R&D departments and plays a key role in determining new products and solutions. His Computer Engineering background combined with his MBA and lighting expertise provide him with a technical perspective worthy to explore.
RICK SCHUETT
Rick is the head guru here at Sol managing our growth and success. Rick’s first involvement in solar energy occurred while he was still in high school, installing solar hot water heaters for a regional New England company in the late 1970’s. Rick is a graduate from Rensselaer, with a BSME with a concentration in Energy Systems, where he focused his studies on renewable energy solutions. His passion for lighting and alternative energy solutions will provide you with a unique perspective from an expert who understands the future of solar lighting.
SUSAN SCHIERWAGEN
Susan is a woman on a mission to provide solar lighting solutions to the world. Susan recently joined Sol, to continue our growth by building a US-based sales team and provide tailored solutions for our global dealer network allowing them to better serve customers’ needs. Susan has a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Tufts University. Susan’s passion and dedication to our network of dealers will ultimately provide a sounding board to connect with.
JOHN CASTNER
Mr. Castner brings to Sol 24 years of lighting and LED sales experience. Mr. Castner holds a Bachelor’s degree from Occidental College in Los Angeles and an MBA from UC Irvine. Mr. Castner is based in California to better serve Sol’s west coast clients and will provide his insight and experience on solar lighting from a west coast perspective.
JR. FINKLE
J.R. is our energetic Customer Service Manager, who supervises our team of CSRs who ensure the needs of our worldwide customers are supported. JR joined Sol in 1999 and is one of Sol’s most experienced employees. Her knowledge of Sol’s product line combined with outstanding customer service capabilities makes her one of the most highly qualified superstars on our team.
MICHELE MCDERMOTT
As Sol’s webmaster and communications specialist, Michele provides an insight into Sol’s heart and soul. Michele holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting from Ryerson University and is involved in every aspect related to marketing and communications at Sol. Her creative flare and enthusiasm will help provide a glance into the inner world of Sol.
